Hi David:: Best thing is skin hygiene, wash face before going to bed with face wash containing salicylic acid. Use moisturizer, sun screen, avoid touching or picking on acne with your fingers. Shampoo is : Usually a bit too drying for the face, but washing the face is good! if you dry the face too much and deprive the skin of natural oils it will overcompensate by making more oil so in theory could possibly make acne worse, but i doubt it. Try to stick with acne washes for your face! ...Read more

I haven't been exercising because my face is filled with tiny bumps with white fluid which I think r whiteheads.
