I have asthma. Dr prescribed Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) and resc inh albuterol and to keep taking singulair. Dr said to also use Combivent if needed. is that safe?

Combivent (albuterol and ipratropium): Typically Combivent (albuterol and ipratropium) (which has both ipratropium and albuterol) is reserved for patients with COPD whereas albuterol alone is for typical asthmatics.
