Adhesion/FB?: Nobody can have a diagnosis without you being examined properly . If the two are related what comes in mind is adhesions after surgery with possible intermittent bowel obstruction, . Diabetic patients are at higher risk for atherosclerotic disease of the arteries (hardening of the arteries) and it is possible that you have narrowing of the arteries to your intestinal track (celiac artery, superior mesenteric artery [sma], inferior mesenteric artery [ima]). Get checked: Pain in the right side could be your colon, especially since you say you are experiencing constipation. If you still have your ovaries and tubes it could also be a cyst on the ovary or tube, or a twisted ovary or tube. Also possible is a muscle spasming in your abdominal wall.
