Depends: If you did not have vaccine for hpv and are a smoker who has had 5 sexual partners starting in adolescence you would be at very high risk for getting cervical cancer and colposcopy would be best. Clear liquids please: An effective colonoscopy preparation, & thereby a good quality colonoscopy examination, obligates little to no residual so the entire colon lining can be visualized. Egg whites when cooked are opaque--a poor choice to eat the day before or day of colonoscopy.
