Tegretol: Low platelets from tegretol due to bone marrow supression can occur (rarely). This can lead to bleeding. (i order CBC to check rbc WBC and platelet counts periodically on my patients who take tegretol) also there is an increased risk of birth control failure with tegretol use. Seemingly unrelated: I'm not sure what the urination problem is, but "bad gas" is usually dietary related and anemia in a young woman such as yourself is often due to excessive menstrual bleeding.
