Unfortunately yes : Don't drink it too fast-there is no rush.Some people spread it over an hour.Try drinking through a straw so you can't smell it.See if your doctor will let you mix it with apple juice or sprite. Finally, put a wet wash cloth on your neck and sit in a recliner with your feet up.I found that the prep for the colonoscopy was way worse than the procedure itself. Bless your heart! ...Read more
Why would bowel preps not work? Poor prep with colyte (polyethylene glycol). Now on 2 day prep starting w/ mag. Citrate. No bm after 9 hours. Followed directions exactly!

If they think biopsies are going to be needed, then won't work.
