Need more info: Although it can happen, spread of a colon cancer to the ovary after her resection seems unlikely. Follow up with the cancer specialists and ob/gyn. Guessing: This is hard to call form just a description of CT, not knowing any other clinical facts. Can say: 1) the bulky uterus is 100% unrelated to the other findings, the thickened sigmoid "may" be related to the ovarian cyst or vice-versa.
