Timing: Ovarian pain is usually almost constant and sharp. Colon pain is sporatic and crampy. Usually it is accompanied by loose stools, or long stringy stools or rounded small stools. I have a complex ovarian cyst with septations and debris about 14ml in volume. It was 7ml 3 months ago. It's now pressing against my colon. Treatment?

Talk to your GYN: Your personal GYN can best answer for your specific case, but generally if the cyst is enlarging and causing symptoms by pressing against your colon it may be best treated surgically. No worries...: As a 47 year old american citizen , it is almost guaranteed you'll have sigmoid diverticulosis. Hepatic cysts means liver cysts, and there's a high probability you were born with them. Need more info: Although it can happen, spread of a colon cancer to the ovary after her resection seems unlikely. Follow up with the cancer specialists and ob/gyn. This also could be new problem in ovary not recurrence. Testing blood levels for tumor markers and further imaging tests are called for. ...Read more

Guessing: This is hard to call form just a description of CT, not knowing any other clinical facts. Can say: 1) the bulky uterus is 100% unrelated to the other findings, the thickened sigmoid "may" be related to the ovarian cyst or vice-versa. Needs attention: Needs work up. Most of the pancreatic tumors are solid but cysadenoma , cystadeno carcinoma will present as cystic lesions need biopsy of these lesions to make sure they are not malignant also liver lesion. If pancreatic lesions are benign could be a candidate for liver transplantation for end stage liver disease ( esld ). ...Read more
