Try not to worry: The symptoms you describe are not consistent with colon cancer. My recommendation is for you to develop a plan with your primary care doctor for screening for colon cancer. Based on current guidelines in a patient with your positive family history, I recommend having a screening colonoscopy at age 40, or possibly 35. However, if you have blood in your stools, you should have colonoscopy. B well ...Read more

I have problem with bladder , colon and low back pain. When colon is full i can not urinate, and have back pain. What is the cause of all this?

Constipation: Relationship between the muscles and nerves that control back & bladder functions and those that control bowel movements can cause this. Bladder and the colon are close together in the body. Large amounts of stool in the colon can put pressure on the bladder which can cause the bladder to not fill as much as it should, or cause the bladder to contract when the bladder is not supposed to contract. ...Read more

Diagnostic injection: Most back pain is either discogenic or facetogenic. That is either from your disc or the joints in your lower back. A less common cause is the sacroiliac joint. An MRI is useful if not done. After MRI history and physical exam diagnostic X-ray guided blocks can give you a diagnosis and lead to specific treatment . ...Read more
