Hmmmm: Unlikely at 20 Y.O. More common is stomach problem like irritation, infection or ulcer. You could have irrirable bowel as well. Best see your gastroenterologist. ...Read more

That's not normal: The fever is the worrisome part. It is possible that you have a chronic abdominal infection from the surgery. An abscess may drain through the colon and out the ostony. That is why there is pus in the stool. That would be rare but only plausible explanation. Chronic colitis may cause this too but would be associated with abd pain too. Reccomend surgical consult and ct scan. ...Read more

Virtualy impossible: Colon cancer is practically unheard of in the pediatric population. By the brief history it is conceivable that you have problems due to constipation and an inadequate diet. Make sure he drinks water and not sugary drinks and eats generous portions of veggies and fruit. If he still has problems after you modify the diet, consult your doc. ...Read more

Cancer unlikely but: You have abdominal cramping after meals and you are 35 years old. It is unlikely that this in colin cancer but it would be a good idea to see your doctor. Even though you have hemorrhoids the blood on tissue paper could be a sign that your intestines are inflamed. Celiac disease among other causes like ulcerative colitis should be evaluated among others. ...Read more

IBS: Symptoms of loose stools ; abdominal cramps in young adult male suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome. Intestinal cancer would be most unusual. Personally, i would be interested in history of extreme sports participation ; chronic low back pain, which I have found concommitent with these symptoms in young adult males. The symptoms suggest that a primary medical doctor evaluation is in order. ...Read more
