But not wet?: If you have the sensation of cold wetness without actually being cold / wet then it could indicate an abnormality with a nerve coming from the spine or a superficial sensory nerve. Cold leg: Its difficult to say since you did not share any medical information with us, not even your age. Cold and painful extremities are often suggestive of a vascular compromise. You need a vascular ultrasound study to see if you have obstruction of blood flow.
