Viruses: Shingles is caused by the same virus as chicken pox. Once a person has chickenpox the virus persists in the body and can cause shingle. A person with shingles can transmit chickenpox but not shingles. The same stimulus that caused shingles could activate the herpes virus that causes cold sores. You may consult this site for info on shingles: http://www. Mayoclinic. Org/diseases-conditions/shingles/home/ovc-20346699

I on occasion get cold sores in the same spot on my bottom lip. Now I have something that looks like a cold sore on my stomach?

Herpes Vs Syphilis: That is unusual. Do you have the vital herpes blood tests to prove which type or if you have both types of herpes? If you do have the blood tests then I would have a physician look at this to determine if the new sore is a different herpes. (you cannot get herpes elsewhere once you are infected). That makes me wonder about syphilis given what syphilis primary lesions can look like.

All Juiced-Up Again?: Now THAT sounds like something I"D like to drink (when I want to get out of work, that is...).You know, often we attribute the most notable things as a proximate cause to our ills. Short of a Mac Truck hitting you, maybe also consider other things you've eaten or been exposed to. Of course if you just started with that Aloe, stop it and see what happens. And if you are getting worse get to a doctor

How to I know if it's acid reflux or low stomach acid when I sometimes get cold sore feeling from throat to rectum after passing stool or standing?

How to I know if it's acid reflux or low stomach acid when I sometimes get cold sore feeling from throat to rectum after passing stool or standing?

Not sure it's either: Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, reflux is too much acid and taking an ANT-acid changes symptoms. Won't have any effect on rectal symptms associated with passing stool. This is a characteristic symptom of ibs. Http://www. Nerdpocalypse. Net/irritable%20bowel. Html

I have cold sore throat and block nose doctor saw me said I was okay. Now I have upset stomach? I'm hungry but I feel like im going to be sick If I eat

Sore throat: These are signs of a viral illness, which typically last 7 to 10 days. When someone feels this nauseated, they should focus on drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day first. Drink before you eat, and avoid high-fat or acidic foods to help decrease discomfort. If vomiting makes it impossible to keep down food or fluids, an immediate recheck is needed.

How do cold sores accur?

Virus: Two kinds of these are common, and both caused by virus. Least worrisome, is the aphthous ulcer. Occurs on the soft tissues of the mouth -- inside lips, cheeks, under tongue. The worse one is herpes. The first time you get it, it can be anywhere in the mouth and outside the mouth. After that, in the mouth, it will only be on tight tissues -- roof of mouth, and right along gum line around teeth.
