Cold Sores On Lower Back
I have been getting blistery sores on my lower back, whenever i eat tomatoes, or citris foods. Is this herpes or cold sores?
Could be herpes: I have heard of citrus type foods triggering a herpes outbreak. You can also get skin irritation from citric acid if it touches your skin and then you are out in the sun. However, it could all just be a coincidence and your rash could be many other things. There is medication for it if it is herpes, so may worth it to get checked. You can always take a pic of it and show it to your doc later. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
