Fatigue & weakness is multifactorial ie caused by many different things such as depression, anemia, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, etc. Tingling in foot suggests peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or physical nerve damage. Nonspecific symptoms: Many reasons for shivering, burning & cramping. You didn't mention any medications but diuretics (water pills) can upset salt & mineral balance leading to cramping. Vitamin deficiency can lead to burning sensation (peripheral neuropathy). Shivering can be due to feeling cold, some medications, and most worrisome, an infection.
