Without an exam, I can only give general information, in general hot and cold would be signs of an infection. Overall infection signs (upper resp sniffles, with nausea and/or diarrhea) basically means a (minor) cold virus without a lot to do w. it other than rest, fluids, maybe tylenol (acetaminophen) maybe gingerale or pepto.

If not, the most likely reasons for this would be low thyroid or low iron. The most basic labs would be TSH for your thyroid and ferritin for iron.
