Sweating will cool u: You may be stuck in a vicious cycle here - as sweating will cause you to feel chilled or cold. It may be that you have an autonomic problem with your sweating function. If that's true, it can be tough to treat. I would start with a neurologist and see if they can identify an autonomic nervous system problem.
