Pop withdrawal: Good for you in stopping the soft drinks. Neither the full-sugared ones nor the artificially sweetened ones are healthy for you. You may be having both withdrawal from the caffeine and from the aspartame if you drank the artificially sweetened kind. Try decaffeinated: It may be that you are more sensitive to caffeine. If using decaffeinated coffee does not cause the symptoms, you will know. Irritable bowel?: Hmm... I can't think of any reason for this. You list irritable bown as a medical condition, and I suppose these problems are related to that in some way.
