Perhaps a bit but...: Krill oil and cod liver oil are both excellent sources of essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The main thing krill oil has that cod liver oil does not is Astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant with many proven benefits (see http://products.mercola.com/astaxanthin/).
