Recurrent : Recurrent yeast infections can be a sign of diabetes or immune deficiencies. You should have a complete history and physical to make sure this is not the issue. On the other hand, is it possible that a sexual partner could have an untreated yeast infection which is causing the reoccurence. Your doctor may need to put you on an oral medication called Diflucan (fluconazole) once a week for about 4 weeks or so. Lastly consider it is not a yeast infection and possibly an allergic reaction to some type of soap, lotion, or cream you are using on your penis.

Safe and yes: Any oil applied to skin will make it into the blood stream to some extent. However, the amount getting into your system this way is not likely to alter your fat metabolism materially.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex.
