May be: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your imaging studies. The doctor who ordered the MRI is in a better position to advise as s/he knows more about your health.

See your doctor: One thing that comes to mind is the possibility of enlarged and possibly infected Bartholin's cysts. The Bartholin glands are around the vaginal lips and can become blocked, creating a cyst or sometimes an abscess. Abscesses need to be drained and can cause infection further than just the vulvo-vaginal area. This could explain your pelvic pain. Anything?: Without actual evaluation, it is hard to assess why you might have these lumps. If they bother you, I would have them checked out. Could be nothing like a benign tumor called a lipoma (fat tissue collection) or could be an infection of glands or worse possible cancer tumor.
