What are symptoms of a sacral or coccyx chordoma? Is a pointy or sharp tailbone that protrudes a symptom of this disease?
Few symptoms: Chordoma is a rare malignancy of the lower sacrum, typically in male patients over 40. It is often associated with deep pain in pelvis/sacrum, and bowel obstruction due to the mass interfering with evacuation of colon. A thought: Do you wear pants with a metal fastener? Does wearing jewelry ever cause skin irritation? A thought that comes to mind is nickel allergy, which can usually be diagnosed by history.
