With cellulitis present, if the area of blistering is also very edematous (swollen), then mobilization of fluid from this area (e.g. Diuresis) can also help, along with abx. Sounds like shingles: If your "rash" on you lower back follows a dermatome-- sounds like you may have "shingles". Which is re activation of chickenpox (varicella zoster virus). Very painful. Heal? Prob not: Most r due 2 a fall on ur butt. The fracture displaces the coccyx inward. We all sit have bms which pushes or try's 2 so it is constantly being moved. Not good way to heal a fx.
