CMV: Is cytomegalovirus and is similar to mono. It is causing the positive blood tests and the elevated liver enzymes. It is very common. You will recover. Having said that, it would help to have the actual values of the results. The one item of interest is high ALT. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely for three months and redo the test. The timeframe needs to be checked by someone with expertise, but evidence of positive IgM means that you had a primary infection in pregnancy,which may have devastating effects on the fetus.
