Can a UTI present very suddenly and severely but without discharge, odor, burning or cloudy urine? Just pain to where I can't lay down at all

Possible but..: Sudden severe pain needs to be evaluated. A bladder infection is certainly one possibility. Appendicitis is another and is life threatening. Severe pain where someone can not even lie flat should be evaluated urgently by their doctor or emergency room.

What could cloudy urine but not a UTI mean?

What could cloudy urine but not a UTI mean?

Dietary?: If your urine is just cloudy with no other symptoms then it is probably nothing to worry about. It could be something in your diet. Multivitamins, medications, and some foods are well known to change the color of urine. I would recommend a urine culture if it has yet to be done.

Foul smelling urine: You may want to see a doctor and get your urine cultured. Strip tests are not that reliable.

UTI again?: You can have a urinary tract infection without a fever. Best thing to do is get checked out a have a urinalysis with urine culture (where they look for bacteria in your urine). The doctor who sees you will probably prescribe an antibiotic (depending on the result of the urinalysis).

Does having a yeast infection cause you to have some what cloudy urine? I don't have UTI symptoms.

Does having a yeast infection cause you to have some what cloudy urine? I don't have UTI symptoms.

See answer: Vaginal yeast infection usually associated with whitish vaginal discharge, redness, vaginal irritation/burning/itching. If discharge mixes with the urine after leaving the bladder then may give contaminated urine a cloudy appearance. Urine, on the other hand, may normally vary from clear to cloudy depending on the effect of diet on urine ph: if too acid or alkaline causes precipitation of sediment.

Cloudy urine: Get a urine dipstick done --- to rule out proteinurua. Also microscopic exam of urine to rule out hyaline castes. If both negative--- no worries. If anything positive-- see ur nephrologist.

I have urinalysis test results with cloudy urine, mucus present, wbc >30 WBC Esterase +3 epithelial cells non renal >10 I don’t have any UTI symptom?

Why was UA done?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, a person can have urinary infection and not have symptoms. Please discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the test.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Unlikely: Typical UTI symptoms consist of burning with urination, increased frequency, urgency, fevers, and nausea. Your symptoms although not quite consistent should still be evaluated by your primary doctor.
