Found sore on labia minora next to where I apply Aldara (imiquimod) on labia majora. Labia majora is not irritated however.Possible side effect or something else?

Yes: Assuming your diagnosis is correct lotrimin (clotrimazole) is an effective treatment for fungal infections (ringworm). However "ringworm" infections involving the penis are somewhat unusual.
