All of those treatments work in different ways but I would avoid long term oral antibiotic. If you can. Topical is ok. Nicotinamide reduces inflammation, retinoids shrink oil glands and clindamycin kills bacteria that digest the oil from the glands. It is the breakdown products of the oil that cause all the problems.

No: I wouldn't put them on the same spot. The clindamycin is for infection. Salicylic acid is for muscle soreness. If you need to use them on the same spot, it would be better to wait and use tham after the infection is gone. Otherwise space them apart as far as is possible.
