I thought i had bv, i took clindamycin however after a week of this i still notice an odor. I have used alcohol throughout though. Can this affect it?
What exactly does clindamycin 1% topical solution do to the skin for acne purposes? And isn't it essentially rubbing alcohol?

Very short 1/2 life: Clindamycin is out of your system w/in hours of the last pill and there is no danger from the combo in any case. The very important reason NOT to combine them is the reduction in antibiotic effectiveness. You want the effects to be optimal but after the drug is finished and out of your system that's over.
