However, pharmacists are trained professionals (they have doctorate degrees), so it is unlikely that they would want untrained folks to be making their own compounds. Should not be more: Than 48 hours before all the Clindamycin activity in your body has dissipated/metabolized completely. I do not think it even takes that long in healthy young individuals, but in older populations it can hang around longer, depending on the renal clearance (kidney function).
