If you are pregnant you already produce a lot, and if you are having a lot of nipple stimulation during sex, your prolactin will shoot up and you will start lactating or having discharge sooner. Galactorrhea: Please go to have a breast exam. Get your breast exam and pap every year. Bilateral discharge is a good sign but you may need a mammogram , ultrasound, maybe even a biopsy.
