Chst infectn 4+ wks. Cough blood. 3x biotics + steroids. Doxycyline improved. Week since finish meds. Cough clear phlegm + small blood. What now?

Clear chest X-ray no clots or signs but constant cough with clear or white phlegm with blood tinged sometimes is this to worry about?
Sounds like: At least some form of bronchitis with inflammation of your airways, which can account for blood tinged sputum at times. Unfortunately without more history, better guidance is difficult. Strange salty taste, dry mouth, on gravol, many other drugs. Phlegm mostly clear, blood tests mostly normal, hypothroidism. Any ideas, solutions?
Had phlegm for last 2 months, no coughing just clearing throat of the phlegm. Green in colour, little blood streaks on 1 or 2 occasions.
My two boys have RSV and now i seem congested and my phlegm i spit up is clear with blood tinged red could this be related?
Maybe,maybe not: Adults get RSV rather often but seldom have any lower airway problems like small babies.Their immune system has built up some resistance to the germ over time and an infection limited to the nose & throat are common. Why I keep spitting up mucus and phlegm, it had every day from 1-6 times I spitting up and it's from clear-light-dark yellow rarely some blood on it?
Spitting up blood: There are many reasons for your symptoms but without getting more information and talking to you and examining you I cannot help except to go to a walk in clinic if u do not have a reg doctor, some of the reasons are not good and some are no worries. Over the few weeks been coughing up more phlegm white sticky like glue more frequently since having flu, also get blood stain when I blow my nose not always green can be clear I am asthmatic as well?
