My 3 year old has clear liquid diarrhea with no odor, or other symptoms. It often comes out accidentally when she passes gas too. What is happening?

You probably have a viral gastroenteritis which usually gets better with proper hydration.You have to make sure you are able to retain some fluid otherwise you will get dehydrated. It can be treated with some prescription antiemetic. If continue to vomit and cant hold anything go to ER, as you may need IV Therapy.
