Supplements?: Are you talking about fiber supplements? It is common for fiber supplements to cause some cramping and loose stools when first starting on them. Why are you taking the fiber? Gasroenteritis: You probably have a viral gastroenteritis which usually gets better with proper hydration.You have to make sure you are able to retain some fluid otherwise you will get dehydrated. It can be treated with some prescription antiemetic. If continue to vomit and cant hold anything go to ER, as you may need IV Therapy.
