Clear, Fluid Filled Bump Inside The Bottom Lip
Multiple, small, clear fluid filled bumps have appeared on my bottom lip. Have had them before, need to get rid of them before they burst and scab.
I have a tiny bubbled, clear fluid filled bump inside my inner lip, it's painless. Never had any bumps before. What could it be?
Mucocele possibly: The bump on the inside of your lip is probably a mucocele. It is caused when the duct to a minor salivary gland gets clogged or traumatized and the saliva backs up forming a fluid filled bump. Reoccurring bump with no head on my lip line. It doesn't hurt but when I pop it a small amount of clear fluid comes out. Ingrown hair or herpes?
It would be very: unusual for a woman to have an ingrown hair on her lip line. A recurring bump on the lip line sounds more like Herpes Type I, the type that usually affects only the area around the mouth.
