This can lead to electrolyte imbalances and irritation (colitis), as well as flaring hemorrhoids if you have them. Colon cleansing: Is not necessary. It is a scam and can actually create problems. Eating a high fiber diet and drinking 80-100 oz caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily is all you need and a whole lot cheaper and safer.
