There is any vitamins/something that I can take to clean faster the medication of the depo shot from my system? Cause I wanna get pregnant in 2months.
Ans: You should not have taken the shot if you desired aboregnancy. You may still get pregnant on the shot but not recommended. What is the hurry? Better think this idea out a little more. Once pregnant that is that. Give time for the medication to wear off and then 3 months after to let the body regulate think about what you are doing it will affect your life forever. My eyes keep burning and they often get teary. Should I just keep washing them with cold, clean water or should I opt for medication? Thank you!
Sounds like Dry eyes: Dry eyes are an often the culprit of many symptoms in the eye which can include burning, stinging, tearing, foreign body sensation, tiredness, heaviness, blurred vision and eye pain. You can have some or all of the symptoms or even none of the symptoms and have dry eye. I would suggest starting with using over-the-counter artificial tears and a warm compress on the eye to see if that helps! ...Read more
Recent heart cath "totally clean". Have had bad cholesteral values for 25 years. Allergic reactions to all cholesteral meds. With a clean cath and an ef of 70% from and echo, should I even worry about a medication to lower cholesteral?
A: A presumably normal angiogram significantly lowers your risk particularly if you are not having cardiac symptoms. However, some risk remains because the angiogram takes a picture of the inside of the artery. The angiogram does not "see" the wall of the artery where arteriosclerosis takes place but can only identify whether that buidup in the wall is causing obstruction in the arterial tube. In other words, you could be building some plaque in the wall the angiogram does not see. You can see into the wall with certain tests such as special ct calcium scoring but that involves some radiation and only sees hard calcified plaque, not soft plaque. Family history is very important in these situations as well as your age. If your family history is benign and you are old enough to have developed plaque in presence of risk factors, this is a very good sign. You should look at your total cardiac risk including a detailed lipid profile and weigh that risk against the medications. If in doubt, consult the web and consult with a member of the national lipid association for an expert opinion on lipid management. ...Read more

I am so sorry to hear about your wife's difficult situation. My advice is to seek the care of a pain management specialist. This is a doctor that is trained to treat pain using the least amount yet most effective pain medications and/or procedures. Often times doctors are in a rush and don't have adequate time to deal with the complexities of pain management therefore she will be much better under the care of a pain management specialist.
I hope your wife finds help soon. ...Read more

Some women definitely have more problems with others with menopause. You are correct, a healthy lifestyle can help with menopause symptoms. Eating a healthy diet, exercising, not smoking, and limiting alcohol intake to no more than 2 glasses a day is beneficial. Ideally, a patient should exercise 30 minutes a day. Just walking is a perfect exercise. Weight-lifting can be beneficial to avoid loss of muscle mass.

Difficult: Difficult to tell without a clinical examination, but it sounds like you might have a contact dermatitis. You probably should see a dermatologist who can definitively diagnose you and provide treatment options would might include topical steroid creams/ointments and moisturizer creams such as cerave or cetaphil cream. Enlarged prostate after a stroke, taking medication to reduce, has a catheter, bleeding of the prostate, cancer has been ruled out by the urologist, cleaning with saline bags. How long could this last?
Common senario: It's not uncommon for an older man to experience a worsening of prostate enlargement symptoms while ill and hospitalized. Enlarged prostates often have varicose veins associated with them. Many times after a stroke, patients are placed on anticoagulant medications which cause or worsen bleeding from the prostatic varices. Often, saline irrigation is used to clear the bladder of clots. The situation should be temporary and should improve as his medical condition improves ...Read more

From what drug: Used how much and how often. Cannot answer a question the way you posed it. Also depends on the kind of test they are using and how sensitive it is. I took 2 alpralozam 1mg pills (prescribed) on friday and saturday I have a drug test on friday will I be clean?
Probably: Xanax is not routinely picked up on a drug screen. Regardless, if you have a valid prescription, that should be taken into consideration. I am concerned that a 16yo is taking Xanax. It's not that there are not good reasons to do so, it's just that there are not very many of them. If you do not have to use apralozam it would be much better. Xanax is a frequently abused drug and +/- addictive. ...Read more

I have been clean of weed for 23 days bought a take home drug test and failed, how much longer will it take to clear?
Often a long time: Unfortunately for everyone, cannabis stays on board much longer than drugs that are much more dangerous. It's stored in body fat and if you're dieting / exercising, it can be released months later. If you do test positive, it is likely to be at a low level and you might perhaps attribute it to passive exposure, or that you were in a jurisdiction where it was legal. ...Read more
Is there any drug to clean nervous system? Also is there any way to contact you so that I can explain my condition in detail.
It depends what you want to clean: There is no clear way to clean the neurologic system. Treatment depends on what nerves are involved, what CNS tissues are involved, what emotional issues are involved. The best approach is to discuss these issues in depth with your own physician. If you don't have a physician the local medical society should be able to help you find one. ...Read more

Stop Taking it: How long marijuana is detected in the urine depends strongly on frequency of use. In regular users (more than once a week), the marijuana metabolite THC-COOH builds up to a high level, often on the order of hundreds of nanograms per milliliter (ng/ml), from which it may take weeks to decline back below the threshold of detection. The situation is different for occasional users (no more than once a week), who often clear up in a couple of days. ...Read more

I'm not aware of anything effective. I did a quick search online and found most of the options offered are quirky at best. As a healthcare provider I don't much care what reason you have to want to pass a drug test. However, if you have any addiction issues then I think that should be addressed.

What is the proper way to detox your body? I am going to be drug tested in about 7-10 days and have weed in my system. How do I get clean fast?
Detox not helpful: Unless using large amounts of cannabis for some time often urines will be negative after a week or so. The best way to avoid detection and be forthright about it is to simply ensure that you leave a dilute urine. This can be done by getting rid of the first urine of the morning and then drinking plenty of fluids prior to your leaving a sample. All the best. Is cannabis a problem for you? ...Read more
