Possibly: Any bump near the clavicle especially in the supraclavicular fossa can be lymph node disease. This can be related to abdominal disease if the lump is in the right side of the lower neck. Sharp pain during: sleep would unlikely be linked solely to a bone bump. One must asses the soft tissue structures near that region as well as the joints close to that region, and the ligments that hold the clavicle , the coracoid and the acromion in reaaltionship to each other. , as a start. The bone bump may ne a so called red herring, a finding that is not realted to the real issue or can indirectly linked. ...Read more

Unlikely: It is hard to know without seeing the x-ray, but in general clavicle fractures heel well because if the forces places on them by the muscle attachment. Bones do "scar" and sometimes there is a slight bump at the fracture site. One side might look slightly different than the other, but it should be barely noticeable and certainly not disfiguring. ...Read more
