I get classic angina symptoms. Sob, burning chest, pain in left arm, sweat. Yet heart supposedly checks out fine. What else could this be? Still heart?
Chest discomfort that is pressure like or squezzingradiating to the arms or jaw either with exertion or at rest associated with shortness of breath, sweats and or nausea/vomiting.
