Can you cut a regular 24hr 10mg Claritin (loratadine) in half (not a Claritin (loratadine) d tablet)?
What happens if you accidentally take 2 claritins (loratadine) (10mg each) in 24 hours when you're supposed to only take one ? Anything serious would happen ?

Depends: If you can wait that's best. If your symptoms are bad, and you are above average body size, and many hours from the next usual dose - it is probably okay. If you are small or can wait - do.
