Not unusual, but: Normal? No. You're fortunate to be past the wave, but even these milder anxiety symptoms are just that - not terrible, but not normal. You can probably learn how to lessen them or avoid them in CBT therapy or meditation. It doesn't seem severe enough to risk Rx side effects, but some Dr's may suggest that. Really?: Primary hypertension is not common (less than 10%) before age 40. Sudden weight loss is also rare. These two "facts" need to be confirmed before jumping to any conclusions. If leave out these two items, what's left is heavy alcohol, and a list of anxiety symptoms. Yes it is overdose: Took 6 25mgm caps makes150mgm. That is three times the maximum one time dose of 50mgm. Can be taken every 6 to 8 hours. We don't know when you took it. Maximum daily dose is 300 mgm. Benadryl has a short half life&gets out of your system rapidly.
