I have a small, hard, circular bump on my skin. It's located near the tear duct of my right eye, on the inner part of the bridge of my nose. What itis?

A few things: There are various things that can look like this on the skin. The two most common lesions are a lipoma or a cyst (typically a pilar cyst). While these are normally mobile, they can also be non-mobile. There are rarer lesions, such as other soft tissue and bony tumors or cysts.
