Person with gallstones, can she eat grapefruit, tea, pumpkin seed, walnut, almond, Brazilian nuts, cashew, avocado, olive oil, grapeseed oil?
Don't Roast: Almonds & other nuts, when roasted, are usually roasted in oil. Most often these oils are high in a fatty acid called linoleic acid (LA). LA favors inflammation. In a patient with cancer LA helps the cancer grow. LA is metabolized to omega-6 fatty acids which are far too high in the American public.
