You : You can consider changing the time of day that you take it, although first check with your doctor. First, keep a diary of what time you take it, and how closely you ate when taking it and what you ate. Then see if there is a pattern. You can try to notice if high fiber foods (vegetables etc) seem to set off your indigestion more. Also try to notice if certain beverages are making it worse. You can also try to notice if it is worse if you are constipated, then aggressively treat the constipation if so (with stool softeners or suppositories).

Does pletal (cilostazol) improve erection problems? Please, need some answers?

Here are some ...: While Pletal(Cilostazol) has been used for patients with significant intermittent claudication from severe peripheral arterial disease, its application to potentially improve penile circulation is logical to think about it, but has not been studied. I hope some studies on its possible use for ED may be explored and done. Clinically, such a clinical extension may not be realistically beneficial, ..

How well does cilostazol (pletoz, pletal) for angina in legs?

How well does cilostazol (pletoz, pletal) for angina in legs?

Well: But remember that treatment of intermittent claudication ("angina in legs") starts with discontinuing smoking (if you do), as NOTHING will work if the patient keeps smoking!!! Aspirin and Cilostazol help and what may prevent it from getting worse is a serious walking program, controlling diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension. Good luck

Is cilostazol safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

Is cilostazol safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

Cilostazol: This needs to be addressed with your ob/gyn since you need to weigh benefits vs. Risks. It is pregnancy class c which means it is usually not recommended unless the benefits outweigh the risks. Breastfeeding has not been studied so caution is advised.
