Is it safe to take medications like Cialis or viagra (sildenafil) with a penis implant?

Is it safe to take medications like Cialis or viagra (sildenafil) with a penis implant?

Penile prosthesis: Its not that it's unsafe, but more so that it doesn't make sense. A penile prosthesis completely replaces the erectile chambers. There is very little to be gained by taking pde-5 inhibitors after having a penile prosthesis implanted. If the prosthesis is not creating full erections, see your urologist. There may be a problem with the device. ...Read more

What to do if I do not know if its gonna work. Should I buy some drugs like viagra (sildenafil) cialis?

My take is. ..: For a prior healthy 33-yr man, ED is unlikely and rarely needs Viagra (sildenafil) / Cilalis. So, if you indeed have problem to achieve, or maintain, or sustain erection to complete coitus, seek pro-evaluation and counseling before taking this kind of pill. But one thing very common and important is sex obsession overruns those men's life leading to panic - later ED. So, don't overdo what body can afford... ...Read more

Is it true that impotence drug, like Cialis, loses its effectiveness over time? If yes, how?

Cialis not working: Hi aa30, I am not a great supporter of Cialis because I think it is overkill to use a drug daily for an event that occurs once or twice a month and lasts 10 mins if you are very skilled. In addition, you raise a good point that the body eventually develops some tolerance to everything with passage of time. I agree! ...Read more

How to recover hard erections after quitting propecia (finasteride). Should I use Cialis or is there a drug therapy available?

See your doctor.: There are reports that propecia (finasteride) can, in some cases, cause erectile dysfunction (ED). However, there are many other causes of ED, and sorting them out online is really not possible.

Cialis, like other medications, is a drug. It may or may not help you.

Please see your doctor soon, so you can get a good examination and such tests as are needed to help find you answers. ...Read more

30 y.O. M asymptomatic, just common cold. Urinalysis shows urobilinogen of the chart, + leukocyte, very little billirubin. Drugs:cialis and dianabol.

Follow-up: If I understand, your urine urobilinogen level was very high, there was a trace of bilirubin in your urine, you are taking dianabol, and you are not visibly jaundiced. Dianabol will cause cholestasis and is the likely explanation for the bilirubinuria. The elevated urobilinogen will prompt a savvy physician to order liver enzymes and a reticulocyte count to check for hemolysis. ...Read more

I take losartan, coreg, (carvedilol) hydralozine, clonidine, amlodipine for HBP& thyroxine for under active thyroid. Which drug could effect the affect cialis?

Symptoms?: Hi. Are you getting low blood pressure and/or dizziness when you take Cialis with your blood pressure drug regimen? I would think the hydrazine and the clonidine would be the most likely offenders based on mechanism of action. Generally losartan, Coreg, (carvedilol) and amlodipine are well tolerated with the Cialis family of drugs. But that's quite a BP combo; take my prediction with a grain of salt! Good luck ...Read more
