Start some pain meds: Lie aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen (if no allergies or side effects with their use). Using a heat pad would be helpful. Some like to use ice rather heat; even alternating ice with heat is helpful. If no improvements then certainly see your pcp to be evaluated ; investigated. Good luck. ...Read more
