Neuritis: sometimes there can be nerve irritation in the spine, in this case the cervical region. may want to see your doctor and have x-ray/MRI to see if there is possible disc/pressure on nerves coming out from that part of your spine.Also could be due to tension /stress that will give upper back/ neck spasms ...Read more
