Allergies/sinusitis: It can be difficult to differentiate. Allergy symptoms usually are runny nose, sneezing, itchy watery eyes, nasal congestion, itchy and irritated throat. Chronic sinusitis is mostly thick discharge, nasal congestion and sinus pressure.
