Unrelated: Don't look for a single cause. Endometriosis is extremely common, as are sinus troubles. A person can learn to remove their own tonsilloliths. Blood and protein in the urine in a woman are often contaminants but a cause should be sought. It's a waste of time to try to connect these. See an ENT: Salivary duct stone should not be related to sinus pain, rashes, or migraines, but you should see an ENT doctor to examine you for stones. No but: You can ask your doctor to give your something (antihistamine nasal spray ?) to decongest your nose or try breathright strip to keep your nose open while doing the drainage.
