Needs checked: Histo infections are usually self limiting in healthy individuals but can be serious in immunocompromised patients. It can be acute or chronic disseminated type and latent type also exists. Rare menifeatation can be Pleuritis manifesting as chest pains. Likely no: 3 mm unchanged for 1 year is a good news, unlikely cancer. It is hard to say it is not a cancer, since thee are few very indolent cancers. But i see your age is 19, that again favour against a lung cancer. Unless there is a biopsy nobody can say for sure what it is. ...Read more
