Start with water: Try to increase water intake and maybe also fiber intake to get a more even consistency to your stool. The symptoms you describe are interesting. Areas to rule out are
1) gallbladder, upper right sided pain
2) pancreas central abdominal pain, radiating to the back
You need to get some lab tests to find out what is going on. : ast, alt, ggt, ldh etc. Lipids, etc
