What's the best way to treat chronic neck tension as a result of years of anxiety and tightening my neck muscles I am a 62 year old female?

Not likely: Tingling or itchy sensation in your throat this time of year is likely ragweed allergy. Chronic neck tension is more likely to cause neck, shoulder, back pain, and maybe headache. Yes: Chronic tension in the neck, shoulders and head can cause "brain fog" or cognitive clouding because of increased distractibility due to the pain and tension. Cold hands can result because of some constriction in circulation to your hands as a result of the increased muscle tension. Bad neck pain a day later I started having dull on/off tension pains in back right of head. suffer from chronic migraines n the same spot. ?
