Seek 2nd opinion: Chronic cough can be managed by an experienced doctor as there are cough suppressant medicines available. Sometimes it is a manifestation of Allergic airway disease which will respond well to treatment or occasionally it is due to acid reflux. My advice to you: seek second opinion preferably from a Pulmonologist(Chest specialist) who will offer you alternatives not tried yet. ...Read more
