I have a sudden onset of cva and flank tenderness on my right side. Very mild pain when pressure is applied. No other symptoms. Is this a kidney issue?

I was seen in er, ruq pain in abdomen tender to touch, ultrasound no gallstones, blood work normal. What could be the cause of the pain? Pn level 8.
I am experiencing abdominal pain, diarrhea, tender abdomen. I have had stool tests done to rule out all basic stuff, fecal fat test, blood work, ultrasound which showed cholelithiasis, enlarged spleen (14.3cm), and fatty liver. Surgeon not worried.

Pain under right ribs, small area tender when pressed. U/S negative for gallstones. Blood shows slightly raised white cells. Suggested cause? Tests?
Inflamed GB: Slight elevation in WBC suggests infection in area causing pain. If there is no other history of disease that could effect the liver producing a lesion under going necrosis then one must suggest the origin of symptoms is the GB. Sober, with f1 hepc and recent high gamma GT of 93, high AST of 47, normal ALT of 46. Gallstones and tenderness and feeling of heat in top right of rib.
Biliary colic: Gallstone attacks aka biliary colic are right sided, above the umbilicus, lasts 20 minutes or longer, associated with nausea and occasional vomiting. Fatty foods make it worse. Go for a surgery consult. Gallstones can be dangerous when infection or obstruction occur. Risk benefit analysis is in favor of gallbladder removal. Hep c does not change this recommendation. Doubt cancer: Cancer usually doesn't cause pain. Even though the pain does not come after eating, it could be your gallbladder. See your primary care provider, and ask if its appropriate to get an ultrasound of the gallbladder. Even without stones, there's something called biliary dyskinesia that could be the problem. I had a severe gallbladder attack that sent me to the er tuesday morning. Sonogram revealed gallstones. I am feeling very sore and achy.
Bottom right and left rib sometimes feels sore/achy both at the front and back. Ultrasound for gallstones, liver, pancreas and kidneys clear.
I have gallstones and have been suffering really bad stomach cramps and sore neck. Is this related to my gallbladder? Plus I have liver abnormalities
